It is an espresso-based drink with vanilla syrup and steamed milk combined with the secret ingredient, our homemade caramel sauce to add that extra sweetness.
ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 2 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which you cancelled the order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
SHIPPING INFO
Local Pickup
In store pickup is available at our headquarters located near Shaftsbury Square, Cyberjaya. It is available Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up. If you prefer to meet us at another location within Cyberjaya, please call or email us to make arrangements.
East Malaysia
The shipping cost will be RM 5 to all places in East Malaysia. We will take 1 to 2 days to process your orders for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Expect your orders to arrive within a day or two after shipping. Worried about your coffee spoiling? Dont't worry, we got you. All of our products are packaged with dry ice to ensure that it is fresh for you.
West Malaysia
The shipping cost will be RM 10 to West Malaysia. We will take 1 to 2 days to process your orders for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
